What You’ll Do
- Claim 360 ownership of an app’s marketing & execute end‑to‑end user acquisition strategies.
- Manage the Creative Pipeline: develop and test creatives, propose hypotheses, monitor implementation, and give feedback.
- Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and other networks.
- Build meaningful relationships with external partners and agencies, and manage collaborations with ad networks such as Meta London, TikTok Dubai, Apple London, and Google Dublin teams.
- Build and monitor BI dashboards for insights,



and ensure campaigns achieve target KPIs while scaling.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to understand user motivations and shape effective monetization strategies.
- Take additional responsibilities to grow your app: think beyond performance marketing and apply out‑of‑the‑box growth‑hacking techniques.
