THE ROLE
This is a high-energy, high-impact role where you'll connect with potential customers, uncover opportunities, and set the stage for meaningful business relationships — working at the intersection of sales and marketing to turn leads into conversations and conversations into qualified opportunities for our sales team.
- Work directly with prospective customers to identify and develop sales opportunities, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets whilst meeting and exceeding pipeline creation and revenue quotas.
- Effectively qualify inbound leads and leverage AI tools to provide high-quality opportunities for the sales team, ensuring a strong handoff to Account Executives.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and execute territory plans,



autonomously managing multiple priorities and actively driving effective pipeline development.
- Execute a formalised business development process with consistency and creativity, adapting your approach to engage confidently with mid‑level and executive contacts.
- Recommend improvements to business development strategies, processes, documents, and tools to benefit internal teams and external prospects, drawing on data insights and AI‑assisted workflows where applicable.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written).
- Minimum of 0‑12 months as a successful Business Development Representative or equivalent success in a BDR role, with proven history of achieving and exceeding monthly quotas for dials, appointments, and opportunities.
