Main Purpose & Responsibilities
- Act as the custodian of design quality throughout all project delivery phases, ensure continuity and integrity of the approved architectural and interior design vision,



and coordinate closely with Architecture and Interior Design Directors to validate and refine design decisions.
- Review and assess schematic, detailed design, tender, and construction documentation, challenge design, technical, procurement, or value engineering decisions that may compromise design quality, and provide clear guidance and technical direction while escalating critical design quality concerns where required.
- Oversee the technical coordination and integration of all disciplines, ensure design solutions are coordinated, buildable, compliant, and operationally functional, identify technical risks and coordination gaps, and review and validate technical solutions aligned with brand standards and approved design intent.
- Interface directly with Project Directors and project delivery teams, support alignment between design quality objectives and project delivery constraints, provide technical and design guidance during decision‑making processes, participate in project reviews,
