What will you do in the project? SERVICENOW ARCHITECT & SOLUTION DESIGN
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




- Lead Architect & Solution technical engagements for ServiceNow IT (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM) and Risk & Security solutions (IRM/GRC, Third‑Party Risk, Security Operations, BCM).
- Analyze customer requirements, challenges, and current tool landscape to design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Define solution architectures, functional designs, and high‑level implementation approaches
- Act as the SPOC for local clients around the main projects implementing ServiceNow

Customer Engagement & Value Positioning
- Act as a trusted advisor during sales cycles, workshops, RFPs, and executive presentations.
- Clearly articulate the business value, differentiators, and ROI of ServiceNow versus competing platforms.
- Position ServiceNow as a strategic enterprise platform, not only as a product.

Demonstrations & Proof of Value
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and value scenarios for IT and Risk & Se
