The Position

As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Cardiorespiratory patients.
Working in a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for the delivery of Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services across Support at Home and NDIS participants in South-East Melbourne.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for participants in their own home through Support at home packages/NDIS.
- Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.
- Educate participants and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
