Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Driver Recruitment & Job Platforms Coordinator to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and optimizing local and national job platforms across multiple countries to generate a consistent flow of driver leads for our clients’ hiring needs.

This role combines market research, partnership management, and performance marketing.



You’ll work closely with the Paid Media Marketer and Account Managers to ensure our job postings deliver a high volume of quality leads — at the lowest possible Cost per Lead (CPL).

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard local and national job boards and driver recruitment platforms in each operating market.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with platform partners to maximize value and minimize CPL.
- Manage and optimize job postings to ensure high visibility and lead quality.
- Continuously monitor and analyze platform performance, adjusting strategies to improve conversions.
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand monthly hiring targets and align job posting efforts accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media and Creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
