To put in place a long term organization at AHE to secure industrial architecture local influence.Purpose :Develop the architecture role in AHE to ensure that existing know-how and capabilities are flowing upstream to influence DO, maximizing Design-to-Manufacture opportunities and contributing to the optimization of Prod Cost (DtX).Benefit from existing competences already built in AHE in this field (HIL, X Programs, RACER, etc),



providing a further career development to ME population.Make the most from AHE’s traversability to further development standardization.Challenges:EDI-AHE connection to be enhanced in the early stages of product development, major step changes and production competitiveness so RETEX from AHE ME is considered. Assumption :AHE identifies relevant profiles to be developed.2.
