The Role
As a Senior Accounts Receivable specialist, you’ll take ownership of Stark’s receivables cycle — invoicing, collections, reconciliation and reporting — helping keep our fast-growing business financially healthy.



You’ll work closely with Finance, Sales and our customers to keep cash flowing and our books accurate, while helping shape the processes our AR function runs on as we scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle: invoicing, collections, cash application and account reconciliation.
- Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue balances, and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success and external customers to ensure timely, accurate collections.
- Prepare and analyze AR aging reports, DSO metrics and cash-flow forecasts for Finance leadership.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes related to receivables, including provisions for doubtful debts.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and relevant invoicing/tax regulations.
- Identify and drive process improvements to reduce DSO and strengthen the AR function as Stark
