The position
The Service Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of contracted services, meeting customer commitments in terms of scope, quality, schedule, cost, and safety. The role coordinates planning, resource allocation, logistics, materials, technicians,



and Health & Safety requirements to ensure smooth execution and achieve operational and invoicing targets.

Acting as the main operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders such a FSE´s, PM´s etc. You will manages scope of works, risks, deviations, warranty on field activities through processes and tools. Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with company processes, tools, and safety standards. A proactive, results-oriented mindset is essential to ensure services are executed efficiently, safely, and without operational gaps.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end execution of contracted services to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Coordinate resources, including technicians, materials, logistics, and H&S; requirements, ensuring readiness before execution.
- Act as the primary operational contact for Field Engineers and support execution-related issue
