Transcribe audio recordings into accurate written text following clear formatting guidelines
Handle a variety of accents, speaking speeds, and audio quality conditions
Apply consistent punctuation, formatting, and speaker labeling rules
Flag unclear or inaudible segments and note speaker changes where needed
Meet quality standards and turnaround targets for each batch of work
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Strong listener with sharp attention to detail
Good typing speed and accuracy
Patient and methodical when working through challenging audio
Comfortable following detailed style and formatting guidelines
Reliable and self-motivated in a remote work environment
No prior transcription or AI experience required
