About The Role

What You'll Do

Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and appropriateness
Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or in violation of policy guidelines
Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues in clear, professional language
Work across a diverse range of topics and content types




Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively
Someone with a genuine interest in ethics, fairness, policy, or related topics
A clear and precise written communicator
Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation criteria
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required

Nice to Have

Background in philosophy, law, social sciences, journalism, or public policy
Experience with content moderation, research, or quality evaluation
Familiarity with AI systems or digital media as an end user
