About The Role

What if your sense of fairness and critical thinking could directly shape how AI behaves — at scale, across millions of interactions? We're looking for AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns. Your judgment helps ensure that AI systems treat people fairly, communicate responsibly, and avoid harm.

This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role open to thoughtful people from any background. You don't need a degree in ethics or AI — you need a sharp eye, an open mind, and a genuine care for getting things right.

What You'll Do

Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful messaging
Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, fair, and appropriate for diverse audiences
Identify ethical concerns and articulate your reasoning through structured written feedback
Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types




Push AI systems toward more equitable and responsible behavior through your evaluations
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

Genuinely interested in fairness, social impact, or ethical questions — in any context
A critical thinker who can hold multiple perspectives at once and reason through complexity
Culturally aware and sensitive to how language and framing can affect different communities
A clear, precise writer who can explain your thinking in structured formats
Self-motivated and consistent in your approach to evaluation tasks
No formal background in AI, ethics, or academia required

Nice to Have

Experience in areas like policy, social work, journalism, education, law, or advocacy
Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation as a user or professional
Background in writing, research, or qualitative analysis
Exposure to diversity, equity, and inclusion frameworks
