Document Review Specialist (AI Training)

About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong reading comprehension and a methodical approach to work. No legal, document management, or AI experience required — just a reliable internet connection and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do

Read and annotate a diverse range of documents — including articles, reports, contracts, and forms
Classify document sections, extract key information, and label important data points
Identify and tag entities, dates, relationships, and other meaningful elements within text
Apply structured annotation guidelines with precision and consistency




Maintain a high standard of accuracy across large volumes of documents
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

Strong reading comprehension and ability to process diverse document types
Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, consistent approach to tasks
Comfortable following structured guidelines and applying them at scale
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No legal, administrative, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

Background in research, editing, paralegal work, administration, or data entry
Experience with document management, information extraction, or content review
Familiarity with annotation tools or quality assurance workflows
