Scopely is looking for a People Transformation Senior Manager to join our People Team in Barcelona, working 5 days a week from the hub.What You Will DoScopely's Self‑Service Product Ownership & Roadmap ManagementServe as the business product owner for Scopely's internal self‑service capabilitiesDefine, manage, and continuously evolve the product roadmap in partnership with People, IT, GenAI, HR Technology, Enterprise Technology, and external vendorsPrioritize product enhancements based on employee needs, business impact, stakeholder feedback, adoption data, and technical feasibilityTranslate People Team and employee experience needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and success criteriaManage the ongoing intake, triage, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements and use casesPartner with technical owners, engineers, vendors, and third parties to ensure the product is secure, scalable, accurate, and aligned to enterprise technology standardsOwn business‑side governance for the product, including content quality, escalation pathways, feedback loops,
