Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

Engage in natural and creative conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics
Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
Identify issues such as incorrect information, awkward phrasing, inconsistency, or potential bias
Design and test challenging prompts to probe the limits of AI behavior
Submit structured, detailed feedback using standardized evaluation forms
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule





Who You Are

Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across different subjects
Able to evaluate AI responses objectively and articulate what works and what doesn't
A clear, confident writer who can communicate feedback precisely
Comfortable navigating chat-based digital interfaces
Self-motivated and reliable with task-based, independent work
No prior AI or technical experience required

Nice to Have

Experience in writing, editing, journalism, research, or quality assurance
Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms
Background in critical thinking, linguistics, or communications
