About The Role

What if your instinct for what works on social media could directly influence how AI communicates with millions of people online? We're looking for Social Media Content Evaluators to review AI-generated posts, captions, and comments — helping ensure the content feels natural, engaging, and culturally on point.

This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role open to anyone who's genuinely plugged into social media and has a sharp sense of what makes content land. No marketing degree or professional content experience required — just cultural awareness, good judgment, and a reliable internet connection.

What You'll Do

Review AI-generated social media posts, captions, and comments across a variety of platforms and formats
Evaluate content for tone, relevance, engagement potential, and overall quality
Flag content that feels unnatural, off-brand, culturally tone-deaf, or inappropriate




Assess how well content reflects current trends, platform norms, and audience expectations
Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary
Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

An active social media user with a genuine feel for what resonates online
Naturally attuned to tone, trends, and cultural context across different platforms
Detail-oriented and consistent in how you evaluate and document your feedback
Strong written communicator who can clearly explain what works and what doesn't
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No prior marketing, content creation, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

Familiarity with multiple social platforms — Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and beyond
Background in communications, writing, content creation, or digital marketing
Experience with quality evaluation, content moderation, or editorial work
