Job Responsibilities
Cross-departmental coordination hub: Act as the core liaison linking the Commercial Department, frontline sales teams and overseas clients. Receive business requirements from all parties, efficiently communicate client demands, sales targets and corporate commercial policies, eliminate internal and external information barriers, coordinate the full rollout of business workflows, and ensure accurate, error-free communication.
Contract negotiation and execution: Take full ownership of liaison, communication and negotiation for all overseas business contracts, including overseas sales commercial contracts, project technical contracts and overseas procurement contracts. Conduct efficient consultations with counterparties on contractual clauses, cooperation terms, division of rights and obligations, delivery standards, payment terms and liability for breach of contract. Balance the interests of the company, clients and suppliers, mitigate business risks, and drive the finalization and signing of contracts.
Internal delivery demand management:



Collaborate with internal delivery, project and technical departments. Accurately break down delivery requirements raised by overseas clients and businesses, clarify core elements including scope of delivery, acceptance criteria, timelines and inspection rules, align internal execution teams, track the entire delivery cycle, and guarantee deliverables comply with contractual obligations and client expectations.
Business review and document filing: Compile overseas business communication records, contract negotiation ledgers, formal contracts and delivery materials. Regularly review issues arising during business liaison and negotiations, optimize coordination workflows and negotiation standards, accumulate standardized business documents, and support standardized operation of overseas business.
