Venga has been approved by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) in Spain and holds the MiCA license to operate in Europe as a crypto asset service provider.
Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for a Senior Product Treasury & Operations Manager who will take ownership of the operational liquidity and financial flows that power Venga's products. Working within the Product team and reporting to the Head of Product,



you will ensure that Venga always maintains sufficient liquidity across its operational accounts and wallets.
This is not an accounting or traditional corporate treasury position. You will be responsible for the day-to-day movement, allocation, and control of funds required for our products to operate effectively. You will also lead the automation and improvement of these processes, taking ownership of responsibilities currently managed by the Head of Product.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and analytical operator with experience in crypto, treasury operations, liquidity management, and settlements. You should be comfortable managing critical financial processes, working across multiple providers and collaborating with Product and Engineering to automate complex operational workflows.
This role is adecuado for an ambitious senior manager who wants to establish and grow a new function, with the opportunity to climb the career ladder within Venga.
