As we continue expanding our global Customer Success organization, we are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships across the EMEA region.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing integral team and play a foundational role in shaping the customer experience across EMEA. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value of our solutions while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Support, Sales, and Implementation teams to drive successful customer outcomes.
Position Overview
As an EMEA Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships throughout the region.
You will help customers realize business value, increase product adoption, mitigate risk, and drive long-term retention.
The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise Customer Success experience, is comfortable navigating complex customer environments, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-centric organization. Experience within agriculture, AgTech, food production, or related industries is highly desirable.
What You/'ll Do
- Serve as the primary post-implementation point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and day-to-day users.
