IMPORTANT: This role is remote only in Greece, working remotely from another country is not an option, and relocation support is provided.
About The Role
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you'll provide high-quality customer service to customers across a variety of products and services. You'll help resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support via chat, call, email.
Assist customers with account-related questions and general service inquiries.
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward effective solutions.
Handle account management requests and service-related concerns.
Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely resolution.
Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions.
Stay up to date with products, tools, and internal processes.
Meet quality and productivity targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Native or near-native Dutch (at least C1 preferred).
Fluent English.
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong computer literacy and internet navigation skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits
Gross Monthly Salary: €1,300x14 month
