About the role :

A Junior Operations Engineer supports the stability and continuous improvement of systems and applications by combining monitoring with development and automation tasks. The role involves troubleshooting incidents, implementing fixes, automating manual processes, and contributing to system enhancements under the guidance of senior engineers. The main purpose of the role is to maintain operational reliability while actively contributing to development,



automation, and process improvements that increase system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Key responsibilities:
- Design and maintain dashboards, alerts, scripts, and automated procedures.
- Monitor systems and applications to prevent issues and mitigate incidents.
- Manage operational tickets, including incident analysis and resolution.
- Analyze issues and implement fixes, including development and testing, and assist with production deployments.
- Develop code changes and improvements for maintenance projects.
- Work with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment processes.
- Identify improvement opportunities and gaps in processes and code.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields, a recognized vocational or professional qualification in a relevant technical discip
