The Role
As our Outbound Logistics Specialist, you will be at the heart of that mission:



owning the full end‑to‑end shipping journey for our motorbikes and spare parts, from our production line in Sant Boi de Llobregat all the way to our customers across the globe.

You’ll work side by side with our production, planning, and customer service teams to design optimal transport setups, solve in‑transit challenges in real time, and drive continuous improvement across our global logistics network. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role in a fast‑scaling company where your decisions have direct, visible consequences.

What You’ll Do

- Own end‑to‑end outbound shipments of motorbikes and spare parts via road, sea, and air — managing daily requests with our LSPs and overseeing every milestone from pickup to final delivery.
- Manage export/import documentation and customs compliance, including Dangerous Goods (UN3171 / UN3480), working with customs brokers and freight forwarders at origin and destination.
- Oversee external 3PL war
