Role Summary
We are looking for a Finance & Admin Associate to support our Spain operations. This is a hands-on role combining daily office administration, cashier and treasury tasks, and coordination with our outsourced local accounting and tax provider. Accounting and statutory tax filings are handled by an external local vendor, so this role does not close the books in-house. Instead, it focuses on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and preparing complete, accurate records for the vendor.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Office Management
Manage office supplies: monitor stock, source suppliers, place orders, and track deliveries.
Handle daily administrative tasks: mail and couriers, facilities and vendor coordination, and general office upkeep.
Support the general admin needs of the local team and visiting colleagues.
Cashier & Treasury
Handle daily cashier operations: payments, petty cash, and expense settlements.
Prepare and process payment runs and support day-to-day bank transactions.
Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, and cash balances.




Perform basic bank reconciliation and flag any discrepancies.
Finance & Tax Coordination (with outsourced vendor)
Act as the main point of contact for the external accounting and tax provider (gestoría).
Collect, organize, and prepare source documents (invoices, receipts, bank statements, payroll inputs, expense reports) for the vendor.
Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time so the vendor can carry out bookkeeping, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
Follow up with the vendor on filing deadlines and keep internal records aligned.
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, cashier, or office administration. Junior candidates are welcome.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent Spanish and working-level English (for internal reporting and cross-border coordination).
