This German Speaking Customer Service Agent for AI & Technology position in Greece offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of user engagement within the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert support to German-speaking users navigating complex AI and software platforms.
Troubleshoot technical inquiries related to advanced IT software and cloud-based applications.
Maintain a deep understanding of evolving AI technologies to provide accurate and efficient resolutions.




Document technical feedback and user experience insights to assist in continuous product improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical infrastructure issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to professional quality standards in the IT industry.
Participate in ongoing technical training sessions to remain at the forefront of the AI and software industry.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong interest or experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry and AI software.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work remotely from within Greece.
Proficiency in English is considered a significant advantage.
