We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent for Mobility Services position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support to German-speaking customers regarding their mobility and transportation needs.
Resolve inquiries related to booking platforms, vehicle reservations, and mobility service subscriptions.




Assist clients with real-time navigation issues and account management within the mobility ecosystem.
Act as a brand ambassador for our mobility clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Troubleshoot technical issues with user applications to ensure a seamless mobility experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM systems.
Collaborate with international teams to refine service processes for the mobility industry.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer excellence in the mobility sector.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while remaining connected to a supportive team.
Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
Previous experience in mobility services or a similar customer-facing role is considered a plus.
