- This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst, joining the Operational Risk team. You will play a key role in tackling fraud and driving continuous improvement.



This role is responsible for performing enhanced due diligence on complex and higher-risk customers, both at onboarding and on an ongoing basis.

What you bring

- Several years of experience in operational risk, compliance, KYC/AML, enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening (financial services / fintech or similar)
- Experience performing EDD checks at onboarding and ongoing
- Comfortable with complexity; can summarise and present recommendations to decision-makers
- Proven ability to lead investigations / due diligence continuous improvement; familiarity with compliance tools; can manage vendor relationships
- Able to lead projects independently; proactive learner
- Relevant AML certification preferred (e.g. ACAMS)
- Fluent in English
