Your role

- Act as the Total Rewards Partner: Serve as the trusted subject matter expert for compensation, benefits, wellbeing, EVP, and mobility programs across EMEA and APAC. You will ensure our total rewards offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with both business priorities and employee needs across a diverse regional footprint.
- Drive Local Relevance Within a Global Framework: Partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to localize total rewards policies and programs in line with country-specific legislation, statutory requirements, and market practices throughout EMEA and APAC. You will help ensure
