Position Overview
We are seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operator Supervisor (AVOS Team Lead) to oversee day-to-day field operations and support the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of autonomous vehicle services. This role is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, supporting field teams, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and service excellence.





Key Responsibilities

- Provide guidance and support to field staff to ensure high standards of operational performance, customer service, and safety.
- Manage operator check‑in processes, including schedule readiness, completion of daily checklists, and daily task assignments.
- Monitor operational performance and coordinate schedule adjustments to support service efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to established procedures, operational guidelines, and safety requirements.
- Identify and address safety concerns, escalating issues and implementing corrective actions as appropriate.
- Coordinate and monitor break schedules to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and operational needs.
- Support dispatch operations, including coordination of accessibility‑related service requests.
