You will own the end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app messaging, aligning with business goals. • Evolve the CRM playbook and optimize team structures, processes, and operating frameworks as the function scales
• Collaborate with other squads to translate learnings into actionable improvements




• Ensure CRM initiatives drive engagement, retention, customer experience, and revenue
• Lead and develop a team of CRM specialists with clear ownership and high-quality delivery
• Set priorities, manage projects efficiently, and establish QA processes and standards
• Monitor channel saturation, audience overlaps, and campaign conflicts; optimize communication frequency
• Oversee technical quality of campaigns, automations, and customer journeys
• Partner with Product and Data teams to improve CRM capabilities and integrations
• Review performance data, drive experimentation, and establish measurable benchmarks
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout project lifecycles

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Experience leading or coordinating a CRM team
• Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
