Responsibilities





The Senior Designer for Alvalle will play a critical role in shaping and scaling the brand as part of PepsiCo’s expanding Food Ventures portfolio. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams and design experts, this role will help define and execute the global brand design strategy across product architecture, visual identity, packaging, and innovation pipelines.

This individual will lead end-to-end design projects from concept through execution – translating consumer insights and business objectives into compelling design solutions. Responsibilities include developing and evolving the Alvalle brand identity, driving packaging and structural design, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or equivalent experience plus minimum 4+ years’ experience as a multidisciplinary designer taking projects from concept through completion
- Should have full-time agency side and or client-side experience
- Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Firefly software
