What You'll Do:
As our Quality Control Engineer, you will be the critical guardian of quality for our high-performance, AI-driven solutions and LLM services. This is a hands-on role where you will directly influence the reliability and scalability of cutting-edge technology deployed to our general client base.

- Ensure the reliability and performance of AI solutions delivered to clients.




- Collaborate with teams to define and establish acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate system quality for scalability, latency, and data integrity.
- Create and standardise quality control and reporting across projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites for AI systems and ML workflows.
- Design and implement automated and manual testing for LLM applications (chatbots, RAG, APIs).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation.
- Act as the point of contact for quality validation on final deliverables.

Necessary skills:

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software or ML project quality assurance, focusing on functional, performance, and automation testing.
- Demonstrated understanding of testing methodologies for AI/ML systems (e.g., reproducibility, model output validation, bias detection).
