* Solution development:
Design, build, test,



and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customisations and Power Platform solutions that support business needs.
* CRM configuration:
Create and maintain entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules using best-practice configuration standards.
* Custom development:
Develop plugins, workflows, custom activities, and reusable components using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
* Power Platform delivery:
Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that improve process efficiency and user experience.
* Stakeholder collaboration:
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, scalable technical specifications.
* Agile delivery:
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to support predictable and high-quality delivery.
