We are seeking a highly organized and experienced FF&E; Supply Chain Project Manager to oversee the full logistics, quality control, and delivery process for a luxury residential hospitality projects. This role is responsible for managing production follow-up, factory coordination, inbound logistics from multiple regions (Africa, Latam and Europe), storage operations, and final-mile delivery.

The idóneo candidate has strong project management skills, experience in complex supply-chain environments, and the ability to work collaboratively with vendors, factories, construction teams, installers, and logistics partners.

- Mid-Senior role overseeing end-to-end FF&E; supply chain for luxury hospitality projects
- Responsible for factory supervision,



quality control, and production sign-off
- Manages storage operations in Preá and all inbound logistics
- Coordinates last-mile delivery into different kind of destinations
- Oversees inventory accuracy, documentation, dispatch & receiving
- Plans and supervises loading/unloading, equipment rental, and batch delivery scheduling
- Works closely with Construction for delivery timelines, site readiness, and installation planning
- Supervises Utopia-hired installers to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and contractual commitments
- Must be highly organized, proactive, and experienced in complex or remote logistics environments
