Description of the area
Your immediate focus will be within the Medical Affairs Domain. General Medical Affairs serves as the bridge between clinical development and the commercialization of medicines. The domain is increasingly focused on External Stakeholder Engagement, aiming to derive deep insights into unmet medical needs, treatment barriers, and patient perceptions of data. By synthesizing these insights, Medical Affairs shapes the organization’s overall strategic direction.



As a Delivery Manager in this space, you will support the digital transformation of how scientific evidence is generated, managed, and communicated to the global medical community.
Job Responsibilities

Scope / (Content Leadership): Provides expert guidance and strategic direction on defining and managing scope for complex or high-impact initiatives. Develops, implements, and champions scope management strategies, frameworks, and best practices for relevant initiatives. Oversees the management of significant scope changes, ensuring strategic alignment and minimal disruption, while proactively identifying and driving improvements to scope-related processes for enhanced delivery efficiency.
