The RoleWeRiseUp is hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our Barcelona HQ and help us bring immersive Mixed Reality experiences to museums, theme parks, and heritage sites across Europe and beyond. This is a mid-level,



on-site role for someone energised by building relationships and driving commercial growth in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
You will work directly under the guidance of our CEO and COO, leading day-to-day execution across sales and marketing while they shape strategy. The role is sales-leaning: most of your time will go into prospecting, qualifying, and developing new business with cultural institutions, theme parks and operators across European markets — with marketing activities (campaigns, content, partner enablement, events) feeding and supporting that commercial pipeline.
This is a great fit for someone three to five years into their career who wants real ownership early, close exposure to senior leadership, and a chance to grow with the company as we scale internationally.
