In this role, you will expand Flix’s partner network in Spain by identifying and securing bus operators and building long-term, trust-based relationships. You will act as the primary contact for Spanish partners, lead regular reviews, and negotiate contracts to achieve win-win outcomes. You will analyse KPIs, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic actions, working closely with cross-functional teams. This position supports Flix’s growth in the Iberia market and plays a key part in shaping a scalable partner ecosystem. You will join a collaborative, growth-focused team that values data-driven decisions and entrepreneurial spirit.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Identify, negotiate, and acquire new bus operators to partner with Flix in Spain
• Act as the point of contact for bus partners and lead regular business reviews
• Conduct contractual negotiations ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
• Analyze KPIs, market trends,
and competitors to derive actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Network Planning, and Pricing
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
• Handle administrative tasks, contract follow-ups, and project tracking
Responsabilidades
• 5-8 years of experience in BD, consulting, account management, or similar B2B roles (preferably in Spain)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related fields
• Native Spanish; fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and B2B negotiation skills
• Experience xqbhyrx in transport or mobility sector is a plus
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset
• Proactive, reliable, versátil with achievement focus
