We are looking for a talented Supplier Capacity Manager – Powergen Projects to join our team specializing in Purchasing for our Power Systems Business in the Europe and the UK. This is a hybrid role and will require regular onsite collaboration.

Impact and Responsibilities
- Lead multiple procurement‑related projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and performance goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, success metrics, and priorities that align with business and procurement strategies.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets, tracking performance and driving accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, using structured tools to minimize disruption and maximize positive outcomes.
- Monitor and communicate project status, risks, dependencies,



and progress clearly and regularly to project teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and optimize project resources, including expense and headcount planning, to support timely and efficient delivery.
- Apply financial and business insight to guide decision‑making and support procurement value creation.
- Capture, document, and share project learnings and best practices to strengthen execution across projects and teams.

Education & Experience
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- Intermediate level of relevant professional experience, including team leadership or coordination experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional projects from planning through execution.
- Familiarity with structured project management tools and methodologies for scope, schedule, risk, and resource management.
