As Automation & Process Control lead you will own and drive the standardization, architecture, and lifecycle management of the integral process control and OT infrastructure landscape (ISA‑95 Levels 1–2) across manufacturing sites. You will ensure scalable and reliable control and infrastructure solutions, while supporting sites to deploy and sustain these standards—improving reliability, reducing complexity, and minimizing vendor dependency. The role is based in Spain, Turkey or Slovenia. Where You’ll Make a DifferenceGlobal OT & Process Control Standards
- Define and govern vendor‑agnostic global standards and reference architectures/best practices across level 1‑2 Industrial Control Systems (PLC/HMI/SCADA/DCS)




- Establish and maintain standard URS/FRS frameworks for process control and OT systems to support consistent design, vendor engagement, and lifecycle management across sites
- Drive harmonization & standardization of Industrial Control Systems across Taste with your expertise and knowledge
- Reduce reliance on proprietary vendor ecosystems and build a knowledge base including:
