What you will do
- Engage qualified prospects, demo the Agicap solution, provide technical assistance and negotiate contracts remotely by phone.
- Become an expert on Agicap’s platform and services.
- Drive rapid growth of lead generation through outbound prospecting.
- Identify the pain points of prospects and articulate the Agicap value proposition to SMBs.




- Manage the entire sales funnel and close new deals.
- Act as the eyes and ears of Agicap in the Spanish market, delivering feedback to Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Commercial value chain
- Marketing generates leads (outbound lead generation, SEO/SEA, paid acquisition, content marketing, partnerships).
- SDR qualifies leads, identifies needs, and schedules demonstration calls with decision makers.
- Account Executives present the solution, address identified pain points, and activate subscriptions.
- Customer Success manages onboarding, training, support, and account management.

What we are looking for
- Fluent or native Spanish speaker; full professional proficiency in English.
- 0–2 years’ experience (SaaS and SMB experience is a bonus).
- Creative and consultative selling approach with strong closing skills.
- Competitive, goal‑driven, a “Hunter” and a “Do‑er”.
