About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised, hands‑on Postproduction Lead to oversee and elevate the agency’s postproduction output across campaigns, productions & content.

This role is focused on leading the postproduction function from both an operational and team perspective, ensuring projects move efficiently through post, teams are properly supported and resourced, and deliverables are executed at the highest standard.

You’ll work closely with Creative & Art Direction, Production, PMs, and Accounts to manage timelines, workflows,



resourcing, and delivery across multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll also lead and support the internal postproduction team, helping allocate work based on strengths, capacity, and project needs.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast‑paced agency environments, understands how to balance creative ambition with operational realities, and knows how to build structure, clarity, and consistency across postproduction workflows.

Key Responsibilities
