What You’ll Do
As part of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Billing & Invoicing: Manage the end-to-end billing process, including generating,



posting, and distributing invoices.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor customer accounts, manage collections, and accurately allocate payments.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and customer account reconciliations.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, irregularities, and customer billing inquiries.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized, up-to-date accounts receivable files and adhere to established procedures for processing receipts.
- Team Support: Assist the finance team with month-end closing activities and other administrative duties.

What You Bring

- Education: training in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Skills Required: Accounting and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Languages: An intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
- Experience: At least 3 of prior experience in an admin or finance role is mandatory.
