- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand objectives and challenges, offering trusted advice and ensuring the People strategy directly supports the business unit's goals.
- Organizational Design & Change Management: Lead structural design efforts, team sizing evaluations, and organizational optimization initiatives, while guiding leadership and teams through subsequent structural evolutions to ensure high alignment and minimize operational disruption.
- Talent Growth & Succession Planning: Own and drive frameworks for critical talent identification, high‑potential development programs, and robust succession planning for key leadership roles to encourage long‑term internal mobility.
