Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Experience Manager (Trainer) to join our team in Madrid and support employee development across Region Iberia (Spain & Portugal). The adecuado candidate will play a key role in improving employee skills, knowledge, and performance through the implementation of effective learning experiences. The Learning Experience Manager will collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs, co‑create engaging content with the Learning Experiences team, and facilitate learning initiatives that align with both regional and organizational goals.
