Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment,



they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to act as a first-line compliance partner to our crypto teams. In this hands-on role, you’ll actively shape how crypto features are launched, scaled, and communicated across all markets, translating complex regulation into practical, product-ready solutions.

What you'll be doing
Partnering with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations, including financial promotions regime, upcoming regulatory changes, and consumer protection requirements
Oversee yield, Defi and derivative products and relevant frameworks
Supporting NIAPs, new product launches, and rollouts for crypto features
Reviewing and approving customer communications and marketing materials
Owning post-launch product revie
