The RigPro Running Rigging department is a rapidly growing part of the NTG Group, and the aim is to become the go-to supplier for all group cordage needs and beyond. As a Running Rigging Junior, you will learn from our specialists how to provide solutions, expertise, and advice to our customers regarding their running rigging systems, so you can become an integral part of the RigPro Running Rigging team, by learning all aspects of the job from the start.
Main Responsabilities:
Learn and perform splicing according to RigPro standards.
Work with the Project Managers to make sure the quoted specs match the final specs.
Finishing of lines (paint, label, printing, entering details on Sales force).
Stay up to date and help improve how we digitally track our products.
Workshop upkeep, maintenance, and development.
Photographing of lines so that everything is documented.
Boxing (packaging) of ropes for sending.
Become an integral part of the Running Rigging team, helping RigPro develop their offering further.
Keep up to date with the administration.
Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves.
What we need from you:
Technical skills
Experience in a similar role is preferred, however not essential. What matters most is having the right attitude and a genuine willingness to learn the trade and grow within the department.
Proficiency level of English.
A basic level of CAD knowledge would be a plus.

You are a highly motivated person and ethically performance driven.
You stay focused and show your organisational skills while working under pressure.
