This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment, supporting large-scale digital initiatives that directly impact customer experience across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will coordinate strategic programs related to Quality Assurance (QA), Website Readiness, Digital Merchandising, and customer-facing digital launches, partnering with Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams.

As a Project / Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project milestones,



identify risks, and help drive operational excellence across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Coordination

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through completion.
- Define timelines, milestones, and project dependencies.
- Track progress and ensure key deliverables are achieved on schedule.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and operational challenges, proposing mitigation plans when needed.
- Prepare status reports and communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
