What You’ll Do
- Drive Full-Lifecycle University Hiring: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for internships and entry-level cohorts, including talent sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing top-tier candidates.
- Build Strategic Campus & Community Partnerships: Cultivate deep relationships with university departments, career centers, student organization
