This role ensures that all systems and data are accurate, reliable, and aligned with academic, administrative, and regulatory requirements. The MIS Specialist collaborates with school‑based data managers and IT staff to deliver a seamless, high‑quality user experience for teachers, administrators, and leadership teams. Key Duties and Areas of ResponsibilitySystem Management & Operations
- Oversee the day‑to‑day management and performance of the MIS across assigned schools, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of student, academic, and administrative modules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between schools and the MIS central team for system updates, releases, and issue resolution.

Implementation & Projects
- Lead or coordinate MIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with central technology teams to configure systems and workflows according to group policies and best practices.
- Support the onboarding of new schools and contribute to system design and process improvement initiatives.

Support & Training
- Provide second‑line support for MIS‑related issues escalated by school staff.
- Develop and deliver training and documentation to ensure end user
