Mission Details:

Date: September 10 to 17
Location: Madrid (Spain)
Payment: 500 EUR for the entire mission

As a Personal Assistant, you will support our Founder and Chairman (www.Pompigne-Mognard.com) during a high-profile visit to Madrid. Your role will ensure that all aspects of the week's activities run smoothly, providing support in both professional and personal matters.

Your Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the schedule and agenda for the day
Organize meetings, ensuring all details are confirmed
Handle email and phone correspondence as needed
Act as the point of liaison between the Chairman and his team
Provide overall assistance to ensure a seamless day

Our Expectations:

Fluent English required
Excellent presentation




Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Adaptable and adaptable to last-minute changes or adjustments
High level of discretion and confidentiality

You must be based in Madrid or able to easily commute for the day.

If your application is selected, you will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and will have an initial interview via MS Teams.
