Key Responsibilities

Provide expert, high-touch support to German-speaking members regarding their fitness equipment, tracking applications, and wellness subscriptions
Guide users through the setup and troubleshooting of fitness wearables, sports apps,



and health monitoring services
Promote a culture of health and active living by providing personalized advice on training goals and wellness product features
Document customer interactions within our CRM system to ensure high-quality service standards for this premium Fitness & Wellness brand
Collaborate with international teams to optimize support workflows for German-speaking sports enthusiasts
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of new fitness trends, wellness gadgets, and sports nutrition platforms to offer expert-level advice
Achieve performance targets and KPIs centered on customer satisfaction within the fitness and sports sector

Requirements

Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece
A genuine interest in the Fitness & Wellness industry and active living
